安裝電梯套和門窗套前，應(yīng)先檢驗預(yù)留門窗洞口的尺寸是否符合設(shè)計要求以及前道工序質(zhì)量是否能滿足安裝要求。墻面的基底是否符合作業(yè)條件，并應(yīng)在墻頂、墻面及地面抹灰工程完工后進行。

二、電梯套、門窗套施工安裝流程：

2、檢查安裝墻面、套口：檢查墻面和套口的安裝前提是否具備，檢查門套預(yù)留洞口尺寸是否符合設(shè)計要求，窗套檢查預(yù)留臺面是否符合尺寸。

3、定位放線：根據(jù)設(shè)計要求，在實際位置做出基礎(chǔ)線，并保證整體方正。門套定位，壓框?qū)挾葢?yīng)保證余量尺寸一致。

4、檢驗石塑線條和側(cè)板：安裝前，檢查石塑線條和側(cè)板的尺寸、規(guī)格、加工質(zhì)量、特備零件的規(guī)格以及數(shù)量**符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。

5、結(jié)構(gòu)膠涂點：在電梯套和門窗套所需的石塑線條和側(cè)板背部進行結(jié)構(gòu)膠均勻打點，間距為10-20CM為宜。

6、安裝固定：電梯套和門套安裝需對安裝部位首先量尺，處理接頭及轉(zhuǎn)角位置；設(shè)計無特殊要求，接頭應(yīng)成45°角；然后直接按照施工圖要求進行上墻安裝。
