主要是由項目經(jīng)理要對工人進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，然后再是工人師傅根據(jù)設(shè)計要求放線，一般來說開槽寬度50mm。放線應(yīng)當(dāng)精準(zhǔn)到位，無缺漏情況。

二、舊物拆除

三、開槽鉆孔

3、 Slotted drilling

依據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場實際的放線位置進(jìn)行開槽，開槽時必須注意開槽深度。過墻和過梁的地方需要鉆孔，鉆孔時的孔徑、孔距一般為100mm；電線和水管不能走一個孔。

四、布管

根據(jù)在施工現(xiàn)場開設(shè)的溝槽進(jìn)行布排管，在有水房間進(jìn)行布排管時電管應(yīng)布設(shè)在墻上、頂上。強(qiáng)弱電線不允許走廚房、衛(wèi)生間陽臺的地面。

The pipes shall be arranged according to the grooves opened at the construction site. When the pipes are arranged in the room with water, the electric pipes shall be arranged on the wall and top. Strong and weak wires are not allowed to walk on the ground of kitchen, toilet and balcony.

在穿線時，一根電線管內(nèi)所穿電線的截面積之和必須小于該管道內(nèi)截面的40%。一般情況下16mm的電線不宜超過3根，20mm的電線不宜超過4根。

五、檢查線路

運用萬用表、歐姆表檢查線路暢通無阻，不出現(xiàn)短路以及斷路的現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)線間絕緣電阻大于等于0.5mΩ，為安裝開關(guān)插座作準(zhǔn)備。

Use multimeter and ohmmeter to check that the line is unobstructed, there is no short circuit and open circuit, and the insulation resistance between conductors is greater than or equal to 0.5m Ω, so as to prepare for the installation of switch socket.

六、安裝開關(guān)插座等

在安裝之前不允許應(yīng)用房屋內(nèi)各插座，只能應(yīng)用公司指定拖線盒。注意開關(guān)插座面板應(yīng)平整、緊貼建筑物表面。同一場所的開關(guān)切斷位置一致，且操作靈活，接點接觸可靠。
